Our apartment rental properties are located primarily in Eau Claire and Menomonie, and we have a very good reputation in each community as “responsible property owners.” We take pride in providing clean, safe, and well maintained rental properties in the communities we serve.

We are a family business with a full-time, professional office and maintenance staff to serve you. Our maintenance crew alone has 25 years combined experience with our Eau Claire and Menomonie apartment rental company.
